A lot of people are better at shooting when they're jumping in the air comparing when they have their feet set.

fukk you fakkit I find it easier to shoot from the floor. Only reason I elevate is to shoot over defenders or if I need extra power from long range.

Talmbout I aint got no lift I'd send your shyt off the backboard if you ever tried to come in my paint and then I'd beat you up after the game :weezy:

Out of the thousands of players playing pro ball we can positively identify one (1) that shoots a jumpshot free throw. That speaks volumes.

Nonetheless, most people dont shoot free throws flat footed. They extend to the tips of their toes. It doesn't compare to an in game situation where you run and cut to a position and shoot over a defender. It's in your rhythm of shooting. People used to shoot set shot but it evolved to a jump shot. Free throws stayed the same.
