No Shade: What Do You Do to Support Our Community

I'm not sure if we have a thread like this so forgive me if I've overlooked it. But I think it would be great to have a thread to 1) gloat on ways, whatever it may entail, that we're having an impact on our black community and 2) perhaps provide one another some ideas on how they could get engaged in some form. I guess I'll start,

i)I just help a young brehette get an internship via a reference

ii) My and the Mrs. keep the bulk of our savings in a black bank.

iii) I tutor adult learners in basic, but crucial, math and reading skills.

Alright, your turn. I strongly believe that anyone that claims to care about the honor and well being of our people should help in some way or give something back. So whether it's big or small, how are you putting your time/money/expertise where your mouth is?

Again, a no-shade zone. If a breh(ette) only has $1 / 1min to spare to provide to the cause, respect that. This isn't a dikk-waving contest. Reps/Daps for anyone helping out.

Also On saturday i gave away a pair of jordans ( Space Jam 11s) to my little nephew i met for the first time. Little breh needed some new kicks. His joints were leaning like hollow da don back in 2012.


Dude 6'0 at 12 years old wears a size 12. Hopefully my bro keeps him in sports.


Also you cant feed anyone if you dont have food in your own hands. So im steady working on getting that bread first.
