Oh they use technology due to the mathematical build related to the Pyramids in Kemet and measurements with the stars.

also lets not forget geography changes over thousands of years. There was probably a large river, or ancient canal right next to the pyramid back then, that help them move stuff to them for construction. I doubt they constructed that pyramid by dragging large stones to the middle of a desert as it is today.
