I think they're having issues getting some of the better American guys who play overseas to commit to playing. Them Overseas Elite teams from the first few years back when it first launched used to be stacked. I know for a fact that the UConn booster that is funding their "alumni" team couldn't get some of the guys he wanted, the team they fielded was hella janky.
