Here are a few of the 200 + pics I took from Nola. I will continue to update this thread with trip details and more pics when I get a chance. All pics were shot on the iPhone 8+

Felix's Oyster Bar
Oysters were great, Gumbo wasn't very flavorful wasn't worth taking a picture.

Cafe Du Monde Beignets are good, not mind blowing, def worth the price and experience. Locals have told me that Beignets are the same anywhere and the ones here are not unique. I would go back again

Parkway
The surf and turf Po boy was Phenomenal. This thing was PACKED with savory flavor. the roast beef and shrimp were flavorful on their own. this sandwich was perfection

Neyows bbq shrimp was delicious. Char grilled oysters were slammin, probably better that than Felix's

Cafe Sbisa Highlight of the trip. EVERYTHING was excelled (went for dinner and brunch). The steak was perfectly cooked medium per request and was one of the best steaks ive ever had. Gumbo was fully flavored and 10 times better than felix. Fried oysters ware exceptional

for my folk that know, is the gumbo at Cafe Sbisa better than the gumbo shop & how do the po boys at Gene's compare to Parkway?

Also has anyone been to a pink room party?

Honeslty gumbo shop looks kind of tourist trappy to me so i didnt go. i cant speak on it but ill say sbisa is black owned and the head chef black. Food really tasted like someones grandma cooking at an extremely high level.

@CashmereThoughts glad you enjoyed your trip here homie Fire pics
I did man. i straight up could not beleive how cool the people were. nikkas will talk to you about New Orleans for hours if you got time. Uber drivers, CVS employees and everyone else kept telling me to catch the second line, go to frenchman st and all kind of shyt.
