but we do have the highest percentage of c00ns out of all the states with a significant black population, along with Washington and Arizona(this state barely has black folks, but still). it might just be a westcoast thing. I'll said it before, only about 20% of Cali black males are truly problack. the other 20% are on race conscious and will call out racism if it's only clear and obvious.
