With the big feast tomorrow just wonder who cooks (@Caca-faat need you in here especially), and if so--what dishes do you add to your spread that most wouldn't normally think to include or might not be something you think would be. Doesn't even have to be all that left field, I know every year I research some cuisines and normally add one or two to the spread to keep things interesting. I know my Captain did a seafood theme once that sounded kinda wild. This year I was thinking of just adding a pot roast to the layout.

I know my Southern brehs probably be adding brisket and shyt.

I’m not American so wouldn’t do a thanksgiving spread.

I always end up doing a cheesy bread pudding at Christmas.

Roast potatoes instead of mash are always nice

Pineapple salsa is also good.

Grape jelly meatballs - sounds odd if you’ve never tried it but they’re fire. My great aunt used to make them for holiday dinners. Now that she’s gone, holiday dinners don’t feel complete if somebody don’t make em.
