i like noname i think it’s hard to grow up in front of the public and evolve intellectually and emotionally…she definitely has had some missteps and I think her passion may be misplaced at times but i don’t think she comes intentionally from a bad place …it’s like when a person is first radicalized they’re the most eager to share their new ideology with others and at others but generally she seems sincere

This is a great ‘interview’, breh does a good of job of not doing the typical biographical run down and is really in tune with this.

Real shyt they said about critiquing things in within the black community, which doesn’t mean letting up on the white agendas & racism that oppress us. But then the other factor of white media/people using your genuine critiques of things in the black community to further their own twisted agendas.

Also the part about current day rappers not standing on nothing. Willingly to do business with known vultures such as Akademiks/NoJumper. Not really rapping about shyt. Etc

I wonder what timeframe they think that switched, case they made it seem like it’s recent, Chief Keef and forward.

But as I get older and reflect, even with the Nas/Jay era and forward….how much did they really stand on as compared to the Chuck D era?

Don't like her music but I'll always respect how she handled her career, she has more integrity and pride than most modern rappers put together.
