UPDATE: Our ABC affiliate in Rochester is reporting Larry Glazer, CEO of Buckingham Properties, was on the plane.
His family has confirmed Larry and his wife, Jane, were on the plane and have died in the crash.

A plane bound for Naples has crashed just off the island of Jamaica.
- The single-engine plane took off from Rochester, NY
- The pilot stopped answering communication with the tower
- F-15 pilots were sent to follow it
- They said the pilot was slumped over and the windows were foggy
- That suggests the others on-board might be unconscious too
