Yeah, violent crimes are going down, although a 15 cac boy was beaten by two guys near me a while ago for dealing in their territory. Drug use is "rampant" with mostly 14-15 stealing liqour from the stores and getting drunk plus cac boys doing all kinds of pills and shyt. No weed here tho, but hashish is easy to come by
