:snoop:

(FOX NEWS)--A 22-year-old African-American man recorded a video after a recent encounter with a police officer and the video has gone viral. But it's not for the reasons you might think.

In the video, Will Stack, a 22-year-old U.S. Army National Guardsman, recounts his experience with a white police officer in South Carolina.

Stack explains that he was pulled over for "improper use of the median." After handing over his license and registration and listening politely while the officer explained what he did wrong, Stack was given a warning and sent on his way.

The positive encounter with a police officer inspired Stack to share his experience.

"People need to understand that not all officers are crooked," Stack says in the video. "Not all officers are racist, bad people. And not all people who get shot or tased or arrested by officers are innocent victims."

"Just because you're black doesn't mean you're a victim, just because you're white doesn't mean you're a racist, just because you're a cop doesn't mean you're a bad person," Stack added.

"The world really needs to stop putting labels on people and things and see them as who they are - people doing jobs, doing things. Ignorance has no color. God doesn't see color. Why should we?"

"There's no doubt that there are a lot of injustices going on in America. Everybody can agree with that," Stack said to Brian Kilmeade on "Fox and Friends" today. "What I'm saying is: Not all people are bad. You're not automatically a bad person because of the color of your skin or because of the profession that you do."

He said all people should be judged by the content of their character and given a fair shot.

Stack acknowledged that he has experienced racism multiple times, but he said that he tries his best not to let his past experiences affect his future experiences with new people that he may meet.

Stack said that he learned that lesson not just from his parents, but also from serving in the military.

"When you're in the military, you work with people of all different races, of all different backgrounds. None of that matters when you join, because our uniform is the same color. We all serve the same purpose and we're all protecting the same freedom."

All cops arent bad but too many of them are killing unarmed black men. We know there are good officers. Ive gotten out of tickets, etc. Actually ive never had a police issue. But its too much injustice. Period. All of this stuff has been happening and is coming to light now because of social media and cams. Cant hide

Honestly i've met more cool cops then bad cops.

And i'm in philly. For the most part when cops fukk with me they're on some "this is my job, its hella boring, make it easy for me i'll make it easy for you"

But every now and then ill run into a super cop who wants to take his job personally. That is when problems arise. When cops wanna act like their gang members riding against the other side instead of peace keepers upholding the law.
