Not counting real estate, what's the most expensive thing you own or have owned?

Was having a convo with someone and realized I've never really owned anything expensive

For me it's probably my Civic, which I bought (used) several years ago for like 17k and is probably worth like 12k now. Other than that I honestly can't think of any expensive purchases other than TVs and furniture.

Don't know much about watches myself.

Depends on the watch and the model. A plain jane can be a good investment, but the market can be volatile. You also have to build a good relation with the watch dealer, and that means spending a lot of money.
