Once I was training a group of interns and one little fakkit though that working from home meant he can work at whatever time he pleased instead of hour regular schedule, besides that he was on some sort of spectrum or someshyt, during the first week told his supervisor to get rid of his ass or train him herself.

Hmm. You said he had the qualifications prior to him joining your organization. I am assuming his references checked out and you can see his driving records for yourself. Is there a marked difference between driving for your company and somewhere else. Is there lot of maneuvering in tighter spaces/urban areas. Could he not have gradually upskill to that level? Is there classroom training to acclimate newer employees to the pertinent terminology needed for this role?
