Note 10 is underwhelming, so should I cop a Note 9 or S10+?

Is the S10 camera and new features worth the extra $?

Nah battery life and smoothness makes a difference..

As for the question..the one with the S pen is what you want.

Nah I'm rocking the 8 still and I'll admit after about 6 months, the battery gets kinda ass...

But I also reboot my phone at least twice during the day to make sure any battery drain doesn't occur and run avast security pro "boost ram"

Have a note8 and the battery sucks unless you have powersave on. I'm personally copping that note 9 when 10 drops. Seems like it would be the smart thing to do.
