I figured it would be good to have one spot to post all the news that is fit to print on Total Nonstop Struggle as they limp along trying to find their footing in this rough and tumble business of pro rasslin'.

First up:

Former TNA Knockout So Cal Val, real name Paige Nicole Mayo, was arrested on August 31 2013 by Orlando police on suspicion of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

Jeff Jarrett Backstage At Impact Tapings

Jeff Jarrett was backstage at the Impact taping in St. Louis, Missouri last week. He was involved in the backstage production meeting and was working in something of an agent's role. Jarrett has been more involved with the week to week of the product once again as opposed to working behind the scenes in Nashville on new potential projects and international deals.

Her name is Paige Mayo? That explains so much.

She ain't our problem though. That's not a real Struggle note.

AJ's too old for the WWE. Unless its just a goal of his to say he made it there. My guess is that they'll get a deal done, they both want to and all of the public posturing is a work.

Damn, I had no AJ was 36. I thought he was 32 at most :heh:

I still think he should give WWE a shot. TNA will always be there if things don't go well in the E.

http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/news/297788/Hulk-Hogans-TNA-Contract-Reportedly-Expiring-Soon.htm

According to prowrestling.net, multiple sources within TNA have confirmed that Hulk Hogan's contract with the company expires on October 1st. At this time, there is no indication that Hogan and TNA have come to terms on a new deal. Hogan's camp has not commented on the situation.

The timing of the contract expiring may create an interesting situation, as the Bound for Struggle show (TNA's biggest PPV event of the year under a circus tent) takes place on October 20th.

Sounds like it's time for Hogan to jump ships again and hold Vince hostage for money.

Dixie should pay Hogan to show up at Bound Fir Struggle just for the sake of continuity. Then write something in at the PPV that would explain why he is leaving.
The last thing she needs to do is re-sign The Hulkster though.

In regards to TNA talking about taking Impact off of the road, I have talked to a few people in the company who are wondering how Brad Maddox Sr. and Hulk Hogan can get another pass on this if it happens. After all, they lobbied to take on Monday nights and it failed. They have encouraged Dixie Carter she needed to spend money to make money, and that failed. Now they said taking Impact on the road was the answer, and that too has failed. It really does make you wonder how they haven't been held accountable. Hogan and Bischoff's contracts are under evalution by Director of Talent Relations Pancake Patterson, just like everyone in TNA, and Hogan's is said to be up in a few weeks according to a few sources. It should be interesting.

Chris Cummins sent word that TNA has announced that they will be taping Impact on 11/7 in Cincinnati, OH. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 20

TNA has posted their latest podcast. In it, Jeremy Borash talks with Bully Ray and Taz. You can listen to it at this link: http://tna2go.com/podcast/ImpactWrestlingPodcast09172013.mp3
