The Jet2 stuff in general is a British staple and they're also a British holiday provider company.
For nearly the past decade, they've been using the "darling hold my hand" song as the soundtrack to their flights. It gets played in every TV commercial they have and every Jet2 flight you board.

The song used is actually ten years old but some people would think that its new because of this trend



With TikTok, it was initially used in videos where people were literally crashing out with their cars as in breaking the speed limit, getting into accidents, having breakdowns etc.
From there, it expanded into getting used for anything.
