The sad part is the situation the OP described happened to me around 13. I was over my cousin's house on my dad's side getting my hair braided -- and their step dad made a comment on my breast and how I was developing.

When my mom picked me up I told her and she told my dad. He went back over there and all I know is I never went over their house again.

A few years later, one of my cousins (his step-daughter) same age as me -- came to stay with us for a few weeks - cause her step-dad was having sex with her.
