"Zaire finished 18-of-25 for 292 yards and two touchdowns, whileG olson was 13-of-24 for 154 yards and a rushing touchdown."
I saw Malik Zaire and Everett play in Notre Dame's spring game - and Zaire looked better. He looked like a real quarterback going through his progressions, stepping up and throwing accurate strikes. Although Golson showcased a stronger arm, he also looked shaky and inaccurate. I'm certain Zaire has better poise and pocket presence. He has more QB potential but Everett's game could translate to more wins. That's why Kelly is going with Everett even though Zaire deserves to play.
