I've been seeing random media pop up about how with all the raw material africa has neo colonial agenda is to keep Africa poor so these countries can use it for themselves because they don't have those same resources.

I don't think anything he said in that op video was wrong though.

It's insane to consider how the world has changed around Africa yet as a continent, Africa is still at the rear, especially when you take into account how resource rich it is.
