It goes hand and hand with the Great Replacement Theory and old White men in the GOP want White women to produce more White babies so that they won't have to rely on immigration for cheap labor.
They want to restrict White women's access to abortion and birth control to put more pressure on them to start families and quit putting off having kids.
Despite the virtue signaling, the GOP could care less about Black babies being aborted. They only do that when pushing the "Democrats are the real racists" talk. In reality, they're focused on White reproduction.
