If this type of technology were available at large, universities with online classes would be using it and it wouldn't be a concern. Maybe the CIA has that tech, but I've never heard of that being used for education. The closest I've seen is when you open the exam window, it locks down the screen, and if you leave that screen you forfeit. That's been beat by people who have multiple computers (everybody).
