Education ain't helping. Cause we still face racism for the most skilled positions out there.

What you fail to realize that even if you come correct, do really well in school, have all your shyt together, THAT shyt STILL WILL NOT SAVE YOU BECAUSE YOU STILL GONNA HAVE TO BUST YOUR ASS TO EVEN GET A SHOT AND IF YOU GET IT, KEEPING IT IS ANOTHER THING. That's racism for you. shyt is always an uphill battle. This society was not made for you. It was made to destroy you or make you believe that you are subhuman where it's the exact opposite for a white person.

Bruh, I work with nothing but mentorship programs in my free time. I've always lived by the motto that my success means nothing if I don't allow my people to stand on my shoulders and reach higher than I can. I'm telling you, the men don't show up to shyt. I'll go to events specifically for black men and black boys and its more women there than men, like wtf.
When I lived in Chicago I taught basic computer skills as well for people who basically got laid off of manufacturing jobs, and it was nikkas whose wives had to force them to come...like why does your wife understand what time it is and you don't?
We wonder why black women are killing it when it comes to college grad rates and business creation, but its on every level. I don't know wtf happened to you nikkas that made you so disillusioned with the world and the capabilities of black men, but you nikkas are in a sorry ass state. I'm fukking tired of making excuses for my people. We absolutely can do better, and we should expect better.

You must be new here, so before I hit you with the neg/ignore combo, you should know I do nothing but volunteer work for black kids and to help black adults reenter the workforce, for free, in my free time. I don't have to help any damn body, but only helping yourself without helping your community means nothing. How do you think I know that no one shows up to these events and no one shows up for the continuing education courses? Because I'm the one teaching the shyt half the time.

Because that would have cost ppl in his district jobs. Because that would have hurt his re-election chances. Because the Temp Agencies might have promised him some kickbacks for his vote.
It could be any of those reasons.
Ultimately, racism is the problem, because there are employers specifically making these racist requests, but in our Capitalist System I don't expect the Temp Agency to give a fukk. They'll supply whatever you ask for.
That's why, as I've been saying, there needs to be to Federal intervention

Well, no shyt. That was the point I'm making. nikkas can't afford to be out here fighting for the same jobs their daddy and their granddaddy did. They need to be out here soaking up this free education whenever possible. Folks looking like real jackasses everyday out in these streets marching for some bullshyt they can go above and beyond if they would just show up to the events people have specifically to help them.

You taking matters into your hands still doesn't mean that racism won't get in your way. You're doing what you have to do. Just be mindful that as a black man, the odds are against you because employers do discriminate based off of skin color whether it's in a federal law against it or not. To deny that shyt would be denying reality.
That's not what I mentioned, man. My point is you pretty much have to understand that you're living in a society that wants to see you fail because you're black. You always have to be on your p'a and q's regardless. Even if you make it, you never really made it. You can't think that hey, I got a million dollars, I escaped racism. You have to deal with that shyt until the day you die or unless America and the world unless there is some extreme change which ends that shyt completely.
