What’s crazy breh is I literally watched this on the NPR app on my Roku 2 days ago and was 
because i didn’t know they had digital vibraphones and then I immediately looked up to see if us was touring because he’s up there in age and is a legend. He did a show in London yesterday and i hope he comes to NY soon

I was there, plus got to see him perform late last year too. The performance last year his vibraphones were playing up but that didn't stop him from just singing and chilling with his band while they did their thing.
The guy is too smooth and always in good spirits, there are sections in his performances where he lets each member do their solo pieces and he just stands with pride for his band members there soaking it in and feeling it.

Rep to the OP. Saw this brother perform in a tiny neighborhood park just outside downtown Chicago during Taste of Chicago 10 years ago. Totally unexpected treat as the wife and I were only there for the art show and he was a semi-unannounced guest performer. Probably one of the most fly surprises ever...
