There are a handful of things a US president can do that feel like sabotage/blackmail/etc and this has been one of them. The wild thing is that many of the others that come to mind - specifically threatening NORAD stability/existence by fukking with Canada - are all in Trump's agenda too. You cannot convince me that we're simply witnessing a dumb man who just so happens to take every possible position that harms US/western hegemony. This is a guy who has been groomed and handled over years and years.
Unrelated post I'm definitely not going to upgrade or use any new Nvidia GPUs for a while not because they're not a great company but with this tariff situation I have a couple security concerns of a possible Supply Chain Threat. Mfers embedding the hardware we import from China with some malicious code or something during the manufractring process especially after JD called the Chinese "peasants".
