Spike must have hired a female or a REALLY bytchmade male for this identity crisis to happen. Plus i know many women who watched Spike already. If they are hemmoraging viewers maybe they shouldnt have let TNA and UFC go.

I don't get how spike tv is the only network that Viacom owns that's having this identity crisis. The logic of changing the whole demographic is stupid. I can understand better if they wanted to take a different direction of how they can eat off of their male demographic, but changing their demographic entirely .The network has been known for being a guy channel for years. Wrestling and mma had been a staple for years and they just got rid of it.

If I remember right, Spike was upset that Russo was still involved with TNA. Not saying that's the sole reason they didn't re-sign them but I think it factored into it, as well as trying to change their demographic.
