WWE released a statement revealing that this week's WWE NXT broadcast will still go on, but it will air under a modified format that will feature non-wrestling elements.

It will take place inside an empty arena at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, the same venue that has hosted the most recent episodes of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown, as well as last week's NXT On USA broadcast.

"Tonight's NXT will air as regularly scheduled in a modified format," read the official statement released by WWE regarding this week's black-and-gold brand program. "With elements ranging from in-depth character profiles and story breakdowns as well as never-before-seen interviews and content."

I was curious what would happen, but it was pretty much a clip show :francis:

NXT pound for pound might put on the best pure wrestling on a weekly basis, but if they aren't doing that they could use they use opportunity to maybe develop characters in a more creative way.

Finn Balor is dope on the mic to me :ehh:
