NY, ATL or South FL?

It looks like these are gonna be my options for relocating for school


Just got accepted to a college in NY. So it's now an option but I never really cared for NY like that but it is close to my fam in NJ.


I'm in ATL now because I just moved here but I'm not sure if its the right fit for me, although I would prefer to go to school here.


The last option I was thinking about which is far fetched would be somewhere in South Florida like Tampa or Miami. But all the shyt that has happened in Florida recently has made me to the idea.



Which would ya'll choose or recommend?

man they not gonna look up the school records or anything...just a legit convo trying to help homie...

My advice is to ask the other students at the school who will keep it real with you; also, the people you will be working with, you need to talk to their students as well...read the people who you will be working with's publications/papers...see if they mesh well with your desires/ideas...THIS IS CRUCIAL. if you get there and ya'll clashing on ideas and shyt goes bad, they will not let you finish until you change to their liking. Just being real with you, I've seen it happen. Look at what each school will offer you in terms of money...see if their money will be consistently given to you every year and not on some "we will review when it is time to determine if you will receive the same money, etc." bullshyt...that's one reason why I didn't go to other schools...Look at demographics of faculty...how many black faculty...liberal/conservatives/radical ratio...all these things will matter, so do your research.. The city won't matter as much as the things I listed...good luck in your search, but suggestions on the coli won't matter

NY. Just save and build up your résumé‎. Then move to SFL once you get a good job offer.
