The Tampa Bay Bucs beat the saints in NO. Then today did what Kirk couldn't and won in ATL in OT
Next week they go home to face the Giants who are currently 4-4
If (a big if) the Redskins coming off a by week, having prepared for Tommy B and
If the Skins can pull that off, they will sit alone on top of the NFC East. My question to all of you who are not here for the free daps

Then how would you view the Skins. Would they be a top'ish team that just got off to a slow start?
Or are they still bums to you? I'm trying to gauge where this community ranks them
