I will always be biased towards LA and I think Get Home Safely is AOTY but if you are looking at just the amount of good material that any city has out out in 2013(not talking about sales either) Chicago might have the crown. Off the top of my head:

Well I trid to list everything I had heard from Chicago artists this year. IMO the first 7 to 11 tapes are all dope

I aint gonna lie, its alot of garbage on that list but a lot of slept on gems too.

Tree and Durk's mixtapes are the best on there IMO. Freddie Gibbs ESGN was decent too even though he's from Gary.

Chi-town got their own movement but them youngbuls are garbage. They do remind of philly in the 00s with the YouTube movement just Philly was better.
