The E/F train in queens is running express. I think it's because there's less people so less of that sick passenger bullshyt. Snow don't really effect underground trains

Aren't all the trains running local? How is that possible?

The reason they run trains local during snowstorms is because they park the trains on the express tracks.. during the AM Rush most of the trains are able to run express as all of the trains layed up in the tunnels are running in service.
