They saying he is a gang member cuz he was convicted of gang assault and did time in Elmira and is most likely some type of gorilla stone blood given his age and when he did time upstate.

When they hit you with gang assault, they already got a book of known hang affliations and they prob classified him on intake that he was a blood. It's all documented when you get in.

If gang members is shooting at each other on a semi regular basis,nikkas getting robbed and people is getting assaulted/killed by random lunitics in the street it don't and shouldn't qualify for safest at all.
There a plenty of cities where this type of shyt NEVER happens.
Again NYC just has a retarded amount of people so lazy per capita stats give it that title

I don't think you're understanding what the word "safest" means.

I'm not arguing that NYC is safe.

But if it had just ONE crime less than every other city than it would still technically be the safest.
