It’s part of the reason a lot of this shyt spiked. A lot of recreational shyt has ceased since Covid. If u know anything or lived long enough u would know a lot of these “programs” u tried to just be funny about have saved a lot of lives and got alotta kids off the streets. I never played with mentally ill people. People just ignore them but I’m always on alert and keep safe distance cause u just never know.

My cousin told me the other day that Mayor Bill de Blasio and his administration passed the “shot site” where drug addicts can take their drugs at the site in Harlem or the BX
They will watch to see if they overdosed to get them medical treatment
