My cousin told me the other day that Mayor Bill de Blasio and his administration passed the “shot site” where drug addicts can take their drugs at the site in Harlem or the BX
They will watch to see if they overdosed to get them medical treatment
No studies to see if this works
Kids, businesses, elders, etc

You can come to parts of the bronx and see the drug paraphernalia on the ground...

These addicts shoot up in the open whenever and wherever...

NYPD don't even waste their time with them anymore

The city is pretty much giving them their zone to do whatever and keep it off the street..

From elementary up to middle school they usually have em in special classes. But once they get to high school and adulthood you don't know who has development issues. Some grow out of it, some just adjust with it but still got issues. Most of the quote and quote street nikkas I knew , were already a problem since they were young with issues. Then you got others who just gravitate towards that life because of the money associated with drug dealing.

I wish the country had more exposure to the amount of nikkas in highschool who are CLEARLY not all there but lack of programs just has them slowing down regular classes, getting frustrated and showing out, all ultimately to either drop out or for the teachers to "let them on through" so they can get that last praise of graduation before the real world claps them anyone with eyes can see what's gonna happen down the line for em and nothing is done
