I didn't, but I think you just Freudian slipped you are feeling like a loser. lol
uh, no :mjlol:
It's a 2 for 1. He is cutting taxes AND hiring more police. He can pay for the shortfall of the tax collection and new cops by only cutting spending? Sounds less likely to me than Zohran 's proposal.
Cuomo, Who Cut Public Worker Pensions, Joins Mayoral Candidates Calling to Boost Them

"As governor, Andrew Cuomo was the mastermind behind an unpopular reform approved in 2012 that slashed pension benefits for future public employees and raised their retirement age at 63 — while previously hired employees could retire at 62 and teachers at 55.

Back then, Cuomo said the creation of the Tier 6 track put the state on course to save $80 billion over the next 30 years and was necessary to rein in rising pension costs."

this is what has to happen, but no one will ever have the balls to do it politically, so these places will just keep raping their taxpayers :yeshrug: not my problem. i don't pay these taxes

No need to deny. You said you were 'good' and now you are quoting articles explaining in depth Cuomo's budget plans. Your word isn't exactly bond. lol
