I imagine it's pretty easy to get caught. I mean if you post on Craigslist "will pay for someone to kill xxx" I imagine your first dozen responses would be from someone in law enforcement.

You don't really go to bars and ask random people ""hey if I pay you $xxxx will you kill someone for me?"
