So I wasted years in college to get a good paying job when I can make 6 figures to lace up some timbs and stomp out some rats.

I saw on the news yesterday you gotta have an bachelor's degree for this job. The way the media is hyping this up I thought this gig had an hiring process similar to an civil service job where you take an exam and wait to get called back

Whoever they hire will more than likely do a couple of things:

1. Take away parking spots in order to put "containerized trash bins" that will NEVER be enough for the level of trash that NYC produces on a weekly let alone daily basis, thus making the lives of New Yorkers who already live here harder.

2. Ignore the fact that the rat population has skyrocketed because of the outdoor dining sheds and because the lack of funding for DSNY has resulted in LESS trash pick up.

Feel free to reup this thread in a few months....just make sure not to do it while you're riding a bike, gentrification advocates and their tokens

Its not that hard to get rid of rats if you understand how animals work,the rats all communicate. So what you do is build a structure with some of the rats favorite foods. Lure the rats in like the pied piper, allow the rats to make a home. Make sure food is abundant so they never have to leave. Then when they least expect it
