It's troubling what happened to New York. Going to be a city only for the rich and poor who qualify for public housing. If your fam is currently in a lease and an affordable rate, that's more incentive to stay where they are. Bloomberg and de Blasio being in the pockets of the developers and real estate lobby has done damage for generations.
