how about you dumbasses move out of a city with the highest population density in the US.

HEY HERE'S a great IDEA........lets put tens of millions of fukking people on an island!!! Then complain that land is expensive because there is so much demand!!!! New york should be a "gateway" for immigrants not a living quarters, how about you guys resettle in the myriad space that new york STATE has to offer.

I have no sympathy, at least the motherfukkers in San fran have beautiful weather and beaches. Y'all nikkas just get timberlands and rats. SMH

In the sky
I just don't get the hype of NYC. I grew up in JC and I worked in NYC for 8 years after college in MD. I despised the place by the time I was done working there. It stunk, streets dirty, too many fuxing people

The DMV is so much better and cleaner. Not a bunch of fuxing big azz oversized buildings.

Kinda confused why more people dont migrate to chicago...great city life, scenery and vibe for much cheaper. I get it, im a city guy too, couldnt be happy in some random suburb. But Chicago is a great alternative especially if your northside or downtown...

But Ive talked to some out of towners and its really just an ignorance thing. Chicago is just cold and dangerous to them lol

But hey i get NY, its great if you understand why its great. But Chicago man...dont sleep on it. This is coming from a guy from cali

hmmmm, "would and could"..
and I take it that you don't live in a 5br mansion with stacks to burn, at this current time..
:jbhmm:
I got 3 bedrooms chief-ette
You travel to DC part time yet live in NY full time quit it
:coffee:

Also mansion =/= house
Nobody is calling a 5br house a damn mansion
see NY got your sense of space all fukked up

NYC and FBA Riverboat Retaliation
Damn, so let's say I want to come visit NYC for a few days, hotels fees are gonna tear my pockets up?:mjcry:

It's still the city I want to visit. One of the coolest brehs I met was from Brooklyn.
No- if you're going to midtown, where all the cac tourists congregate, then it's going to be pricier (just like any other city based on vicinity). But you could also stay at hotels in nice areas of Brooklyn or Queens, that are reasonable. Newark too- which is like 20 min train ride from Manhattan. There's a lot of viable options that the average visitor or anti-nyc coli city-data expert wouldn't know.

shyt is retarded all over....but NYC prices and S.F prices are just dumb....I just don't see that as being sustainable for too long...and if you can afford that you hustling backwards too because you're just burning $$$ every month
i agree to an extent, but NYC has always been comparatively expensive during every point in time. to me, Manhattan is the only US city that warrants the premium paid to live there. there's so much to do and see (broadway, clubs, museums, etc), places to shop and eat, so many types of people and history, and tons of industry + 4 seasons.

SF being more expensive than NYC is bullshyt, the average restaurant is till closed by 10, drinks stop at 1 - nightlife is weak AF in SF, the homogeneity of the people (pretty much only whites and asians) mixed with shytty ass weather ("but we don't get snow"...yea, you also don't get sun :umad: ol 62 degree and cloudy ass summer...) topped off with rampant homelessness (dangerous belligerent homeless folks at that)...i don't get why people are knocking themselves out to live in SF, and them running up the COL and housing shortage in the city has led to the gentrification of Oakland, another reason i won't forgive the fukk ass high prices of that city
