Oh look what we have here.. another one of those.. new day, same shyt. :coffee:
you sound mad out of touch and affected as fuk :fire::slapfight:
You're back!
I knew as soon as i bad-mouthed NY you (and perhaps Napier) would be the first person to come here and respond/check me:russ:
But we're just talking about the reality of most NYers, darling. Have i said anything that's inaccurate? It aint our fault NYers are typically the loud and abnoxious type who wanna brag about their city everywhere they go. Prompting us to take a close look and see that the shyt aint sweet like they make it seem.
Talk to "your mans and 'em" tell 'em to tone it down and we'll stop talking about you. :comeon:
But as long as they wanna go to other cities and make New York the topic of discussion.... gotta take the good and the bad.

Damn. My old apartment was only $1200 for 2 bedrooms and a front/back balcony. I know I’m in little ole Delaware but sheesh.

It is what it is tho .. you gotta pay and play and New York is where the players are.
:salute::youngsabo:No but I don't front on Delaware. Lot of people moving out that way that don't want to deal with Pennsylvania but want to be accessible to various cities - Baltimore, NY, DC..

That's what the NYC haters in TLR don't understand :yeshrug: those aren't just regular basic apartments with your typical kitchen, bedroom, bathroom & living room.

When you walk inside of them it's bigger & more to it somewhat like a loft/condo and obviously the price is aimed towards Times Square / Wall Street working class type people :yeshrug: and the average six figure person.

your mortgage is 600 bucks? :dead:

including tax and insurance?

I believe he lives in CT. CT is shyt for taxes but there are a lot of nice areas where you can still buy a good size home with land and end up with a $700 mortgage depending on the down payment. And you are only a short drive from the city or can take the train into the city, get your fill and then get the fukk out. Living like a roach is funny.

That's a mortage
My mortgage (including taxes and insurance) is 1/3 of that amount for a 4 bdr 2bth 1800 sqft home.

And i'm fine with that but the problem is NY salaries dont support the cost of living. I didnt know this until the whole AOC/Amazon debacle but you have poor people in NY living on $16K a year. All my life i assumed the wages were on par with the cost of living there. I used to assume the typical McDonalds employee raking n $60K/year. I was wrong. Which is why it makes even less sense to me that people love living there.

Blah Blah Blahhhhhhh..what's good? Never left. WE don't make NY the topic of discussion.. YALL out of towners go O.D. with it because of your constant need and fixation to speak on what you don't know. You're not "bad mouthing" anything. What you state would actually need meaning in order for it to be of any concern. How are you telling NYers what the reality is when you don't know. You don't see me bc I'm falling back from discussing the same routine shyt every day week after week bc yall always want to start some shyt based off your insecurities. The envy shows, I don't need to see it.

Most of these apartments ain't shyt, you are paying for the "prestige" of living in the city.
That's not true at all :comeon: I've worked as a contractor a couple of times in NYC and trust me these super expensive apartments ain't like an average apartment inside of them.

Some of y'all truly hate NYC :mjlol: for whatever odd reason usually hate means jealousy :francis:.

Doesn't make sense to you?? How are you judging other people's lifestyles??? Who cares what you think- if people have the careers and out here grinding for theirs and are striving with what they do - it makes sense. First of all - What city or state are you in??
