How much you bringing in passive? Sound like they paying your rent.
they do, they cover the mortgage/taxes/insurance + about $1600/month in income. i pay nothing toward my living expense except utilities/internet. i'm telling folks...DO NOT BUY A SFH until you need one, multifamily is the way to go.

Bruh I'm born and raised in the NYC myself and I know exactly how these luxury apartments are inside of them :comeon: they ain't basic.

I can afford to live in those apartments my rent currently is $2,765... :umad: because you can't. :win:
What's basic to you? :usure:
Because i lived in what i considered an average nice apartment in Alpharetta (suburb of Atlanta) and when my NY friends would visit they described it as a "luxury apartment" because of the apartment's size and layout and the amenities (nice community, nice pool, nice large gym). They were telling me i'd be paying at the very least $2K for this anywhere in NY. My rent there was... $762 at the time

Here's the link to the apartments i'm talking about and mind you they were nicer when i lived there 7 years ago. Apartments for Rent in Alpharetta, GA | Deerfield Village | Photos

And this is ALpharetta. If i was to live in Dunwoody where my boy lives that is usually $100-$200 more than alpharetta them mofos would think i won the lottery and aint telling nobody :russ:

Alot of these luxury aoartments in certain parts of nyc is bullshyt . They change granite and put stainless steel appliances in the apartment and want to charge 1600+ for a studio. All of it is all cosmetic and no real luxury amenities.
