What are you talking about. Rochdale village was never projects. Its a cooprotive community that was built for middle class Jews with swimming pools, malls, restaurants, gardens , gyms and even doctors offices on the property.

Yeah I said maybe not those in particular, I can admit I was wrong about THAT pic because I didn't initally recognize them as scrolled through. In ENY on Pennslyvania Ave. right down stairs from Penn-Wortman Ps there is a strip Mall that has numerous clothing and sneaker stores,fast food joints, cleaners, a gym, barber shop, Auto Zone, etc. so yeah it does exist and you don't have to drive, all you have to do is come downstairs walk across the street.
