to me it always goes back to cops not being trained well enough. that cop looks like he outweighs that kid by a good 40+ lbs and he couldnt get him down to the floor . he had to resort to a goddamn night stick to the head?? now his dumbass gonna get fired because he's not a white cop and the department is gonna sacrifice his ass. all because he couldnt get a little skinny dude down to the floor
