An NYPD sergeant is off the beat today after throwing semen on a female co-worker inside One Police Plaza. The civilian worker was on her way back from the bathroom when Michael Iscenko splashed the offending slime on her leg. Analysis proved that the substance was semen, and on Monday, the Manhattan D.A. obtained a warrant to collect a specimen from Iscenko to determine if it was his. Iscenko, who reportedly had a crush on the woman, worked with her as a part of the Organized Crime Control Bureau.

Chances are he was harassing her before and she ignored him and he escalated. He threw it so he could go fap to violating her later.
Not about affection at all, it's about power and control. Some white man got arrested last year for ejaculating in his co-worker's coffee.

These guys are like any other sexual predator, they get off on making victims powerless. Behavior becomes more brazen as they escalate.

I remember being like 6 and watching the Clarence Thomas (Anita Hill) confirmation hearing with my mother. That pos put pubic hair on her coke can back when they worked for the EEOC. She went through hell for testifying, got death threats for years, then had to see stuff like this...
