That's nice and all. If you were an Iraqi would you want Iranian death squads roaming your country and it's intelligence agencies controlling your government and economic interests?
It's almost like Iran isn't this benevolent state that it is portrayed as.
If you didn’t want Iran in, you don’t illegally invade and start a war in Iraq based on lies.
All the Iranians have done is take advantage. They fought a war with a US backed Saddam in the 80s, he was a wall for years on them. Of course they’d be all over Iraq now esp when the US dismantled the Iraqi Army after the invasion and occupation.
