"WHAT A CROCK OF CR@P. Apparently, Couric didn't venture too far into Oakland proper. It's a Black hell hole. This was once a nice town and had a lot of Italians living in it. For years now, Oakland has been taken over by African-American's and they have destroyed the city like they destroy EVERY city. There's not one night that goes by without gun shots ringing in the air. I guess, Ms. Couric conveniently ignores that Blacks there just recently ran out onto the busy freeway stopping traffic, pulling people from cars, beating them, car jacking, etc. Then Black Lives Matter had a huge animalistic protest. They chained cars together, threatened to kill cops and anyone else who tried to stop them.
No, No, No! Oakland IS NOT "one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the country." That is a HUGE LIE. It's Chocolate City. Get my drift? There are a few pockets of pricey condo's that Blacks CANNOT afford but they live there anyway. Hmmm, how does that happen? Ever hear of Section 8? Oakland touts "Jack London Square" but you better beware at night. There's not a cop in sight (they know better) and you are on your own, buddy. There's an indoor parking lot right by "Yoshi's Jazz Club" which is a favorite place for druggies and gangsta's.
This is simple economics. Big business are being shaken down by Blacks to bring jobs into Oakland and other cities. The problem is that most Blacks don't want to work. Why work when you can get government handouts and supplement your income by selling drugs? The few tech jobs that there are cannot realistically be filled by Affirmative Action employee's because they are too stupid. These jobs actually require hard working brilliant people. Now, why in the hell would you want to move to Oakland when you can live in a civilized town? Have you been to Palo Alto, Menlo Atherton, Los Gatos, etc? Once you see those idylic communities there is no way in hell you would move to Oakland. So, the great job experiment will work for awhile but sooner than later, they will shut down and move away. It's happened before and it will happen again.
This isn't hard. This is very easy. "Liberalism does not work." Why is that so hard to understand?"

Fact: Last year, Black men had the highest incidence of rape in the country. The majority of women raped were White. Not one Black woman was raped by a White man.

Oakland makes me wanna vomit, raised here my whole life and now it's all new nikkaz who are soft as fukk 
Downtown was all late nite dope spots growing up now in downtown it's all cacs and new nikkas who aren't from the town. Where the thugs in the bars at ? Where's the nikkaz rolling around in old skools by the lake rattling the trunk ? Where the Afro centric blacks by the lake at? Oakland has lost its soul. These new nikkaz and cacs can't even name one turf and know their way around Oakland
Every time I walk to my girls house after work cuz she lives by the lake all I see is Zarks (Oakland word for mark or busta ) at the bar looking game goofy as fukk
