This guy is a terrible orator when he isn't reading off of a screen. It's been like this since he's been in office, but people think he's this charismatic speaker. He can't speak when he doesn't have his material written for him.

He'll be at a college one day and tries to speak like a scholar with proper English, and then heads to a city school a month later and all of a sudden has a different dialect. This guy is a joke.. Trump would smoke this chump as well.
