Americans ranked President Obama as the worst commander-in-chief since World War II in a new Quinnipiac poll.

Of those polled, 33% rated Obama as the least impressive of the 12 Presidents since the last global conflict.

His predecessor, George W. Bush, was a close second with 28%.

When asked to rank the best Presidents since the 1945 war, Americans rated Ronald Reagan as the best with 35%.

Clinton came second with 18% and in third was John Kennedy with 15%.
