I remember the hot mic moment and I remember Jesse in tears after Obama won. My thoughts were always that it was in part some ego that older nikkas have when a young nikka gets something they thought they should have gotten. It was probably more layers to it but I think that and ego was a huge part of it, but it was something that a little conversation and acknowledgement could have solved.
