Crime stoppers is uncalled for. If he was white, this wouldn't be on the news.
As far as I can tell, he did not hit anybody or steal anything. Being aggressive or angry is not a crime. And As far as I can tell, knocking plates down is not a crime. At most it's a civil dispute for small claims court.
If the original call to the police was for trespassing and not leaving, then the man voluntarily left the premises himself. I've personally had to call police for a trespassing call, and they generally do nothing if the person is already gone by the time they arrive. They certainly don't do a manhunt. so the trespass thing is also resolved
