If we look at what Clipse said about Def Jam censoring "Trump card" and we take Clipse explanation at face value, how do we feel about one of the most important hip-hop labels saying we don't want to comment on Trump due to backlash?
Hearing the shyt Public Enemy was saying about white America during their time to think that Def Jam would censor artists over what they believed to be a comment on a racist white presidential candidate is insane to me.
Let's say that was really an excuse to not have 2 artist in a public feud with Drake on one song, what Def Jam employee thought that that explanation would be acceptable to hip-hop fans?
